Needed to print 2 pages and photocopy some items. Came in shop but owner was busy and told me to come back later. I did, only to receive poor service, long waiting time to be served, no facility to print from apple Mac usb drives, no direct usb print, overall time wasted and now using someone else who is faster and also cheaper.
